Sumbawa Teak Bench is a hit! October 5, 2015 Reviewer: MW from Columbia, MO United States   I ordered a 48" Sumbawa bench in honor of a friend's 50th birthday.  My primary criterion was comfort, second only to how good the bench looked.  When I called to speak with someone on staff, I received very helpful information about which designs to choose from.  I placed my online order on a Monday afternoon and received the bench on Friday afternoon.  (This was just a slightly longer delivery time than promised on the phone; and definitely soon enough for my purposes.)  I am happy to report that the bench was very easy to assemble.  All the holes lined up perfectly with the dowels and screws.  The only other tool we needed, besides the special wrench included in the order, was a rubber mallet to help seat the dowels properly.  It does take two people to assemble, though; but the whole process took less than 20 minutes.  The bench looks great and is very comfortable.  My friend loves it!  I highly recommend Teak Closeouts. As Promised October 14, 2014 Reviewer: Daniel Miller from San Diego, CA United States   I ordered the 4' Sumbawa Teak Bench on Saturday evening and had it the following Friday. It was very well packed and easy to put together. Very well built and looked exactly like it did online. Very pleased! June 6, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Louisville, KY United States   I've been looking for a bench like this for months.  I ordered two other ones from big hardware stores and had to return both of them because they arrived damaged. Then i found this bench on the Teak Closeouts websites, but was very reluctant to order another one online for fear it would get damaged during shipment.  I'm so happy I decided to buy it!  The quality is great and the teak wood color is consistent with the pictures shown.  I didn't want too much color variation and this one is perfect.  You will pay much much more for a bench like this anywhere else.  I highly recommend buying from Teak Closeouts.  You won't be disappointed. 120cm/48" Sumbawa Teak Bench May 19, 2014 Reviewer: Victor from Boston, MA United States   The bench arrived quickly and was surprisingly easy to assemble.  Problem: 2 of the slats in the pre-assembled seat had cracks.  The company was very responsive and promptly sent 2 new slats.  Problem: 1 of the replacements was cracked.  Called the company this AM for 1 new replacement slat.  Waiting for call back with expectation that service will continue to be excellent.
