Beautiful table, bad info on delivery October 1, 2013 Reviewer: Nancy L**** from Fairfax, VA United States   The table is substantial, very heavy and extremely well made.  5 stars for the table, but 2 stars for the directions that told me that I would have to go on the delivery truck and remove the table myself!!!  That was totally untrue and the delivery man looked at me like I was crazy. TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE First, we are glad you like the product.  We are not exactly clear about the 2 stars part.  All freight deliveries are to the back of the truck.  We state this on the website and in a separate email after the order.  If the driver assisted in anyway, it was not his job to do so.  It is the responsibility of the customer to remove the purchased items from the back of the truck (on freight deliveries only).  We are very clear we don't offer white-glove delivery and any customer that completely ignores this fact from our site and subsequent email should realize this fault of complaint lies on their shoulders. Perfect! May 27, 2013 Reviewer: Savvy Frugal Long Islander from Asharoken, NY United States   Great size, well constructed table arrived promptly & was exactly as described. Hefty but easy to assemble. Been dreaming of owning this for a long time & it's actually better than I'd imagined. Teak Closeout's staff was great & item was packed securely. Beautiful Table July 6, 2012 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Boston, MA United States   I was concerned about how nice this table would actually be, but it looks even better in person than it did in the image.  I went together easy and is very sturdy.   The lazy Susanne built in works perfectly.  I am going to use some teak oil and hopefully have this beautiful table for years to come.  It was packed securely and shipped and arrived in a few days Was this review helpful to you?
