Great purchase! April 21, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Louisville, KY United States   this is the second time i've ordered from teak closeouts and i'm very pleased with the results.  the folding chairs are perfect for hanging out near our grill.  even though they are c-grade, the quality is very good. Shipping with Fed Ex was an experience! August 18, 2013 Reviewer: i from Shelton, CT United States   We ordered 8 chairs and a table from Teak Closeout. The quality of the chairs and table are excellent. The chairs arrived within 4 days. However, the table was another story. Fed Ex lost the table, sent it all around the East Coast and finally delivered it 11 days after it was shipped. Major inconvenience. We were told 5 different days to be home from 2-6pm. We literally rearranged work schedules only to be told it's not coming each time. Teak Closeout should be using UPS or DHL to ship freight. Fed Ex doesn't know what they are doing. When shipping is almost $200, customers should get better service. It's not Teak's fault but they should know who they are signing contracts with. Fed Ex is giving them a bad rep. A shipping refund-at least a partial one-should have been offered for all of the inconvenience and delays. Was this review helpful to you?

Great company, will buy from again! August 18, 2013 Reviewer: Chris Adams from Cordova, TN United States   I ordered 4 matching chairs for a table that I had. I got a call the next day to inform me that they only had two of the chairs I wanted. They offered to upgrade me to a different chair which they had 4 of for no additional cost. I received them in less then a week. They were packaged well, came fully assembled, and were exactly as described and pictured on the site. The chairs are well built and compare to ones that I paid 3-4x's the price for in the past. I will be buying from them again in the near future! Perfect Patio Chair June 28, 2013 Reviewer: Charles Fischman from Freeport, ME United States   After considering options from many other furniture stores--metal, wicker, synthetic materials--I found Teak Closeouts and their elegant, teak chairs. Not only are the chairs a good size for a small porch, but they are also made of a renewable resource, sturdy, comfortable, and attractive all at a great price! The "C" grade is not an issue at all--these are outdoor chairs, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they will look when oiled. Definitely a good purchase (w/ folding footstool).
