Shipping Speed - good, although shipping cost high.
Easy to Assemble.
Packing Material - good packing but the foam sticking to the cardboard prevented cardboard from being recycled.
Pictures Matched the Product Received
Overall, looks good. We'll see after time and weather exposure.

I did a lot of online searching for a bench for our new shower. This one was the coolest looking one, and different from the 50 other sites which all have a 36" bench. The price was great, and I was pleased with the look and quality of the bench.
Our bench was a bit delayed because it didn't make it on the container from overseas, but we got a phone call explaining this, and once it got here- the packing and packaging was great, with really clear instructions for assembly and maintenance. Even came with some sandpaper if we needed it! I was very pleased with this transaction and I'll be back if I need any more teak!
