Great bench! |

The bench arrived in less than a week and was well-packed with minimal waste. Although it went together pretty easily, it certainly would have helped to have instructions since there is a specific order to its assembly. Love the fact that dowels were used to hold it together rather than screws, so no hardware is visible in the finished product: just the ends of the dowels which disappear into the surrounding cedar. The bench is very solid and sturdy, and the adjustable leveling screws/pads under each leg help to make it level and, more importantly, keep the bottom of the wood legs from being in contact with the surface it rests on (I'd still recommend sitting it atop some stone pieces or bricks if it will be on a ground/lawn surface to further discourage rot). Overall, a great bench, especially for the price!
