Searched online for teach chairs that would compliment the teak table that we already own. Sometimes deals look too good to be true. Teak Closeouts prices were better than any I could find locally or on the web so I took a chance an ordered 6 Natuna chairs.
The entire experience was great. They arrived on time and were packaged better than any item I have ever ordered - palletized boxes fully shrink wrapped with the chairs sealed in plastic inside each individual box.
Chairs assembled easily and even included extra hardware. The quality of the chairs themselves are outstanding - very heavy teak that look fantastic once sealed with a coating of teak oil. The only complaint I have is that their were sticky paper labels on the front and back of one of the parts and those labels did not come off easily and left a glue residue that I had to clean off.
I would order from them again and recommend them to others.

We are glad you are happy with the purchase. We strive to provide value and quality products. Concerning those stickers; we recently added them. Too many customers were aligning the back piece BACKWARDS and then they would try and screw it together and crack the part. We made a decision to label this part front and back so the customer understands the proper orientation. By labeling the part, we should reduce complaints, problems, and returns. Please apply elbow grease to the sticker spot (sold free at Home Depot). Goo gone is another option.
