Packed very well,no shipping damage. Bench seems very sturdy. Outdoor presentation good but if using indoors in a sunroom some finish sanding would be required. Not so goods:The seat section would not square up with the arms as the pins were inserted/enough of the pins were inserted hopefully to prevent the seat from giving way. There is what appears to be a crack in the wood on one of the arm/back sections. When you feel the area, it is smooth and it may well be a wood blemish but I'm fairly sure that it is a crack. Unfortunately, the crack extends into the area where the upper screw fits and is highly visible. I do not leave this type furniture in the elements in the winter but over time, water will get into this crack and probably cause a problem. I recommend using a different type sticker denoting 'front' and 'back'. I had to use a sander to remove the adhesive. I expected better for the price involved. and, 'ships in 48 hours' did not appear to be accurate.

Yes, best to use some sand paper to remove the stickers. We are a little behind on our shipping schedule and Fedex has also suspended their delivery guarantees, It's chaos with ground shipping this season. It is the year of Covid but we suspect you haven't ordered much from anyone. Maybe it is a hairline crack/stress fracture? All benches are assembled prior to shipping so we gather your complaint is more about the status of a modestly priced teak bench. This is a fair bench and quality for "this price".
