Do I have to pay sales tax? | |
We only collect sales tax if located within Kentucky. If your state requires the collection or payment of taxes on internet (and out of state sales), you are required to remit payment to your local agencies - as required by law. | |

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. | |

When will my credit appear on my account? | |
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). | |
When will my credit card be charged? | |
Since all our items are in-stock and ready to go, we authorize at the order creation and capture when tagged for shipping. As soon as we receive the order, we immediately prepare your order for shipping. Sometimes, your order will not be picked up from the warehouse until 24-48 hours after tagging due to the weekend or call schedule. If in the case of an incorrectly inventoried item and its unavailability, we will contact you immediately for an alternative solution or refund. |
