There are SKUs for residential and commercial/business claims. Please pay attention and properly file your claim under the appropriate SKU.
We are one of the only businesses offering a limited lifetime warranty on commercial folding chair use. It's unrealistic to think any folding chair in a business/commercial setting is going to last a lifetime. We give you a reasonable replacement option!
We reserve the right to exclude current stock from our warranty claims. If this happens, the replacement chairs will ship from Indonesia on the first available container. This can delay the replacements for 2 months - so please plan ahead.
Please read the product page description carefully and follow the rules to get your replacement chair sent. We are not being impossible, but we do have rules to follow.
