A beautiful bench July 30, 2018 Reviewer: Anne Grayson from North Carolina   We are very happy with this bench. After a brief back and forth with Fedex about the delivery, the bench arrived within a short time.The Fedex driver was very helpful. The bench is well made and looks beautiful. It came fully assembled.It was sitting on a crate and was tightly wrapped for protection. Was this review helpful to you?

Be sure to check for hidden damages from trucking company's mishandling, before truck leaves.  Kevin from Teak Closeouts was excellent in handling these issues. Teak Bench December 16, 2015 Reviewer: Jeffrey Bishop from Easton, CT United States   Our teak bench arrived within a few days.  After unpacking the bench  . . . . I realized the beautiful craftsmanship and sturdy design.  Now I see why the shipping and handling was so high.  The bench was completely covered in a protective layer and was strapped down to a shipping pallet.  It was very well packed and weighed a ton.  Now I need to put a coat of oil to finish it off and buy a cushion.  This bench will probably stay in our family for several generations. . . it is that well made.  Also thank you for the free planter. . . . very unusual design. TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE Although that shipping rate may seem high at $139, it cost $170-210 depending on location to ship - we subsidize this delivery.  This is not the knocked-down weaker version of the bench but a fully assembled version.  It cost more to ship to USA and then more to ship to the customer.  Also, note, we don't charge handling.....our shipping department is a loss each year, but we are testing drones to deliver the 100-500lb teak items! Teak Outdoor Bench January 20, 2013 Reviewer: Kathleen E. Gibson from Perrysburg, OH United States   I ordered my teak outdoor bench on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday, completely assembled. I debated between ordering the standard residential bench or the commercial grade and decided on the residential bench. I'm very pleased with the quality and construction of the bench! I've applied 2 coats of teak oil and it's ready to go under my 250-year-old white oak tree in my back yard. I would, and have, recommended your website to my friends.
