I just received my table and was in Love with it until 4 days later the table showed major cracks and distress, which wasn't there on day 1 and 2. My sister and I look it over and was so happy that it was the right table at the right price, which was still pretty hefty. Needless to say I am frustrated and upset that I chose this table because now, I have this big ordeal of handling/processing a huge damaged product. What a nightmare. Teak is suppose to be the toughest of all woods and it looks like the weakest in my experience. This is my first time being upset enough to write a negative review. So beware of the quality.
TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE We require pictures of all damage. We simply asked for damage pictures to evaluate the severity of the damage. We aren't trying to be difficult, but sometimes "huge" damage is relative. The customer chose not to send pictures or return the item - so maybe the item was an easy repair?
