Chairs were very easy to assemble but flat hex screws supplied were too soft and  “cammed” out with very little effort. I would advise the use of wax to lubricate and reduce tightening torque.

The Chair arrived one week after I ordered it. It came properly packed for shipping and had no damage. It looks exactly like the photo and it matched my other 5 chairs perfectly. Great company, great service and a wonderful product!!
