Three of four teal chairs were perfect.  Fourth had insect damage.  Filed damage report seeking resolution but received no response to two inquiries provided to Customer Support.  Had to repair damage best i could.  Disappointed.

My chair arrived incredibly well packaged and shipped quicker than I expected. The chair is beautiful and my husband loves it. He was impressed with the thick pieces of teal wood and substantial hardware included to put it together.
