Great product. Good delivery time.
I have had some registration issues. The site didn't  recognize my email address and I wasn't able to send an email to customer service to help get it straight. And, my shipment tracking number didn't work.
I would use this company again and would recognize it for the quality of the product.

The bench arrived quickly and was well packaged. It looked just like the web site photo. It was very easy to assemble, taking no more than 15 minutes. It is a beautiful piece that now sits on the front porch.

The 36" backless bench fit the space next to the door in our mudroom perfectly.  Shipping and packaging was excellent, and the bench was very easy to assemble.  The teak wood is not premium quality, but that's reflected in the price (premium teak benches cost at least twice as much).  We're very happy with the bench!!
