  • All large benches ship freight and the shipping cost are the same if ordering 1 or more. The size of the box is now cost-prohibitive to ship in the ground system. So it must ship on a pallet to your home/business. This is not porch delivery and will require an appointment and back of the truck delivery.

Our bench arrived swiftly and well-packed. Unfortunately Fedex still managed to break one of the end pieces; it looked like they may have dropped something heavy on the box, crushing the joint on the end piece inside.  We contacted Teak Closeouts online to report the damage and they PROMPTLY sent out a replacement part, which arrived only a few days later.Such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is amazing.  Our bench now stands proudly in our garden, and we are happy and grateful customers.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  Thank you!
