Was concerned after I placed my order because of all the information regarding returns and process to return. Ordered table and 4 chairs. On the table, no instructions or screws came with the table. Chairs are fab, but very heavy. Would buy the chairs again, and recommend them. Table is beautiful but tipsy, and does not sit totally level. Might be better, when I get screws, which didn't come with the table.

TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE
Table is SOLID - just needs the tabletop "screwed down" to the base. Either we forgot the screws in the shipment or they can dislodged.

And concerning our return policy - just send it back if you don't want something. It's not really complicated. :)

The table has a very pretty grain to it and is soundly made and finished. Frankly, I was expecting less because the pricing was more in line with flimsy, teak substitute pieces. The chairs are very well finished as well and go nicely with the table. The shipping costs were an ouch, but it was a 3,000 mile ride.
