Oh Boma! May 6, 2009 Reviewer: Mic & Aaron from Brooklyn, NY United States   Brooklyn isn't the most tropical of climates, but we're working towards a tiki paradise in our backyard.  We did quite a bit of online research on outdoor furniture. A teak bench was perfect for the patio or out by the shed. But everything we found was way out of our price range, until we came across Teak Closeouts. Customer service was fantastic. All our questions from grade to maintenance of teak were answered immediately. Trusting the company's straightforward assessments of their items, we purchased a 48-inch Boma bench and crossed our fingers. We couldn't have been more happy when we unpacked our bench. More than above average in quality and at least 60 percent less than we would've paid elsewhere. 30 minutes to assemble. Would've been less had one of the six screws not stripped. Our bench is beautiful, sturdy and seems that it will indeed outlast us.  We would purchase from Teak Closeouts again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your feedback on this review. good news February 11, 2009 Reviewer: Mary and Carl Stimmel   we live in a lovely little village on the Georgia coast and were ordering it for our park as a memorial for a family who have had three members pass away in the last 18 months. Our bench exceeded our expectations! it is smooth and beautiful and made of the finest teak, and we expect it will grace our park, which is full ofenormous live oaks dripping with spanish moss, for much longer than we will. We were pleased with the price, the shipping, and the bench itself. We have only one complaint, and that is the screws and the allen wrench used to secure them.  the wrenches were soft, and the opening in the screw heads was not deep enough, so after two screws, the tool wouldn't work and the screws started to strip, in a way. We did buy six brass screws for five bucks and replaced the ones that came with the bench.  It is now assembled and looks great.. all our neighbors are very pleased with this bench.
