This is a prototype design probably copied from the factory.  It is my understanding they never actually produced this item, but it was made for their catalog pictures and placed in their showroom.  It is not full machine constructed and in some locations we can see the hand-made areas.  Some of the construction is machine-cut.  This is typical in sample making.

 

Yet, this item is made from premium teak and the portions and quality are very high.  We were very impressed with the design.  There is only 1 and there will be no more.

 

The top of the roof is individual cut teak shingles.

This has a fixed shipping price of $189 freight.  The garden house is in 2 pieces - the roof and the bench/sides are fully assembled.  You simply lift and attach the roof onto the sides.
