The ordering process is easy.  Shipping is quick.  The product is safely packaged and very little chance of shipping damage.  Assembly is quite easy and after the first char, it took literally 8 minutes to get the next one together.  Quality is quite nice, and I'd definitely order from them again.

Chairs arrived in 3 days, and were well packed. They assembled easily, one drilled hole was slightly misaligned, but easily fixed by redrilling. Chairs now have 2 coats of sealer and look great.

TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE
Re-drilling should not be necessary because all items are fully assembled before shipping.  We are not sure why or how only one hole can be misaligned, but the world is a mysterious place..... :)

Two armchairs were shipped to me same day with  Fedex tracking numbers so that I could track the three day delivery.  The armchairs came in a flat package and were in five pieces which needed to be assembled using the enclosed screws and tool.  Assembly took five minutes for each chair and they are now very solid.  Should last for decades.  The quality is generally excellent, with small knots in the grain that you may not see in an A+ teak product, but of course you are paying less than half.  They are perfect for our use and exactly as expected.
