Nice chairs, but bad customer service June 8, 2020 Reviewer: Nayan Hajratwala from Saline, MI United States   The chairs were great, though one had a broken armrest. I sent an email to the support with a picture, but never got a response. We ended up wood glueing the armrest back together. An unfortunate blemish on what could have been a perfect experience. Great chairs for our balcony. Solid. Quality. June 10, 2019 Reviewer: James Frank from Marion, VA United States   Great folding chair. Seat is a little shallow (not deep, front to back). Seat back does not adjust. A bargain, unless you can find one at TJMax. TEAK CLOSEOUTS RESPONSE If TJ Maxx sold this chair, it will be the c-grade standard.  Sometimes you can't see the differences, but they are there. Shelia Teak Folding Arm Chair (B-Grade) Premium Ve June 19, 2015 Reviewer: John Wallace from Agoura Hills, CA United States   I purchased 4 of these.  They are light duty and not well made.  For example, several wood screws holding arms on seat have pulled out and I have had to fix using wood glue.  The seat side support on one chair fractured while someone was sitting on the chair (I think this was the slightly more expensive solo version).  Granted, the person weighed 250#, but was just sitting on the chair.  The design has large bolt holes in the support, which creates a weak point. For $99, ok, but if you want a chair that will last and stay true, get something else.  I wish I had. Was this review helpful to you?

Worried June 15, 2015 Reviewer: frank carbone from New Kingston, NY United States   While the chairs arrive well packed and timely I am worried that the premium chairs are so light.  They both have fractures and on one chair the fracture is at a stress point so I worry the chair will break or split and not be able to be repaired.
