This was purchased for a log cabin porch, to go in between two wooden rocking chairs. This was my first teak furniture purchase, so it's hard for me comment on the quality of the teak wood. However, to my untrained eye, the quality of the wood appears to be excellent, and the individual pieces are precisely cut and are nicely sanded. Assembly was not difficult. Note that the legs are numbered to correspond with numbered corners on the tabletop, ensuring that the holes match properly. Once assembled, the table looks great, is very sturdy, and feels heavier than one would expect (likely due to the teak wood). After reading the included instructions for finishing and care of teak wood, I decided to leave it unfinished.
