Good - no nonsense website and up-to-date inventory. Products were good quality and exceeded expectations.
Bad - Shipping took longer than advertised for my items. Could not get answer on the phone after multiple call attempts to check on order status (answering machine only). Had slight dimensional imperfection with one chair so had to add some chair hardware from Lowes to reinforce one joint. I only had this problem on one joint of 4 pieces I ordered.
Bonus - additional decorative item added to my order, perhaps for delay troubles or due to coffee table unavailability...nice customer service gesture.
I will shop here again.
