Damaged Shipment/Box/Item
Before we can discuss your damaged shipment, we need detailed pictures showing the damage or your concern.
Note on Pictures
Please limit your picture sizes to 1mb or less each. Sending 5-10 pictures of 3mb files is overwhelming on everyone's system. You are not sending us pictures to print and frame, so 2440x1000 picture sizes are unnecessary.
After we have received your pictures, we will call you with the return/replacement/or other options.
Rest assured, your purchase is covered under our satisfaction guarantee. We will replace (if possible), repair, or credit your purchase at no cost to you. We simply need pictures before proceeding to the next step.

IN-STORE SALES
In-store prices and local advertisements may differ from the website price. In addition, additional discounts, damaged items, or last of the lot items may be available in-store. Our 'discounted store stock' in the outside side area is inventory that did not meet our quality control standard (and is not sold online).
All in-store purchases are subject to KY sales tax of 6%. Website purchases are not taxed and you are responsible to report and pay any tax to your state/local jurisdiction, if required.
Local Customers - No Shipping Charged on Warehouse Pick-up
Local Customers may purchase internet stock to be picked-up. You may either come into the store and purchase direct or you may complete your purchase online. In the order comments section of your order, please specify "local customer pick-up". This will stop us from shipping your order. When you come into the store, we will complete the purchase minus the shipping charges. Your online purchase will authorize for the full amount (including shipping). We will adjust the charge at pick-up.
If you are looking at an item that has a low quantity or possibly 1, then we advise an online purchase to assure its availability. We've had local customers arrive ready to buy something seen online and it has sold.
